By accessing, creating an account, posting advertisements, or using the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with the terms below, please do not use the Website.
1. Purpose of the Website
Classifieds – Calgary Advertising provides a platform for users to post, search, and view advertisements or community information, including but not limited to:
Job
Real estate
Buying and selling
Service
Vehicle
Eat and drink
Beautify
Health
Business transfer
Event
Community Information
Other categories are provided by the website from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, VN Marketing only provides a platform to connect users.
VN Marketing is not a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, employer, employee, service provider, payment agent, or any party to transactions between users of the Website.
2. Terms of Use
Website users must use the platform for legitimate purposes.
You are not permitted to use the Website for:
Committing fraud or deception
Violation of the law
Harming others
Distribute spam.

Do not use images if the uploader does not have permission to use them.

If a business, product, or service requires licensing, certification, registration, or approval from a competent authority, the applicant is responsible for ensuring that they meet those requirements.
The fact that the website allows an advertisement to appear does not mean that VN Marketing has verified the license, identity, quality, or legitimacy of the poster.
5. Prohibited Content and Products
Users are not allowed to post content related to:
Fraudulent or deceptive advertising
Information that is intentionally false or misleading.
The goods were stolen.
Counterfeit goods or goods that infringe intellectual property rights.
Illegal products or services
Drugs or controlled substances are supplied illegally.

6. Ad Censorship
Some or all advertisements may be moderated before or after publication.
VN Marketing can:
Review the advertisement.
Request the poster to edit the information.
Change the category accordingly.
Adjust some display formats.
Reject advertising
Temporarily hide ads
Remove ads
Temporarily suspend or delete your account.
The approval or appearance of an advertisement on the Website does not imply that VN Marketing has verified, certified, guaranteed, or endorsed that advertisement.
7. Transactions Between Users
Users are responsible for making their own assessments before proceeding with any transactions.
Before making purchases, renting property, using services, applying for jobs, or transferring money, users should verify their identity:

Ownership
Licenses or certifications, if required.

VN Marketing does not control the exchanges or transactions that take place between users and does not guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
8. Transaction Security and Fraud Prevention
Users should exercise particular caution before:

9. Paid Advertising and Services

Prices, terms and conditions will be displayed before the user completes the payment.
VN Marketing reserves the right to change prices for future transactions. Such price changes will not alter a completed transaction, unless otherwise required by law or specific agreement.
10. Payments and Refunds
Payments can be processed directly or through a third-party payment service provider.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees for an activated or commenced advertising service may not be refundable, to the extent permitted by law.
However, VN Marketing's policy is not intended to restrict any consumer rights that Alberta or Canadian law does not permit to be waived or excluded. Alberta states that consumers cannot waive rights protected by the Consumer Protection Act.
If VN Marketing cancels a paid service before it is delivered for reasons other than user policy violations, we may consider issuing a refund or offering a suitable alternative, depending on the circumstances.
11. User-Posted Content
Users retain ownership of the content they own.
By posting content to the Website, users grant VN Marketing non-exclusive rights to:
Storage
Display
Copy only when technically necessary.
Format
Distribution
Content promotion or advertising
Within reasonable limits for the operation, maintenance, and promotion of Calgary Classifieds – Advertising.

13. No endorsement or guarantee from the poster.
The fact that a business, individual, product, service, or advertisement appears on the Website does not mean that VN Marketing:
Confirm or recommend the poster.
Ensuring product quality
Ensuring service quality
Ensure the license
Ensuring the accuracy of advertising.
Protect the identity of the poster.
Guaranteed transaction will be successful.
Users should perform the necessary checks themselves before trading.
14. Website Availability
VN Marketing strives to maintain the website's stable operation but cannot guarantee that the website will always:
Continuous operation
No errors
Uninterrupted
No attacks or technical problems.
The website may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Internet outage
An event beyond VN Marketing's reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VN Marketing and Classifieds - Calgary Advertising is not liable for any damages or losses arising from:

Third-party fraud
The advertisement content is inaccurate.
Products or services provided by third parties
Loss of money or assets in transactions between users.
User-posted content
The fact that users rely on an advertisement to make a decision.
The website is experiencing interruptions or technical errors.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any rights or responsibilities that are not permitted to be excluded or restricted by law.
This point is particularly important in Alberta because consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act cannot be waived simply by a contractual provision.
16. Intellectual Property of the Website
Classified Ads - Calgary Advertising, website design, logo, content created by VN Marketing, and other intellectual property assets belong to VN Marketing or their respective legal owners.
Users are not permitted to copy, republish, sell, commercially use, or trademark the Website without permission.
This does not affect users' rights to the content they themselves post.
